I Thomas Mott Caton now or late of No.39 Regency Square Brighton in the county of Sussex do by this my last will and Testiment Give devise and bequeath all Estates Prperty and Effects of every kind and description thereof I may be possed or wherein to I may be entitled either in possesion remainder or expertaury at the time of my decease Unto my dear wife Elizabeth jane Caton her hiers executors and administrators absolutly And i appoint her my said dear wife sole Executrix of this my Will As with my hand this twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three. Thomas mott Caton signed by the Testator Thomas Mott Caton in the presence of us who being present at the same time have in his presence signed our names as witnesses. Probate, 9th January 1866/ The Will of Elizabeth jane Caton formerly of 39 Regency Square but late of 30 Montpelier Road both in Brighton in the county of Sussex, Widow deceased, who died 16 December 1865 at 30 Montpelier Road aforesaid, Was Proved at the Principle Registry by Oaths of William henry Skynner of 7 Cavendish Place Cavendish Square in the County of Middlesex Esquire the nephew and Eleanor Skynner of 7 Cavendish place aforesaid and Katherine sophia Skynner of Brighton aforesaid Spinster the Nieces the Executors. Effects under £3000. |
