Pursuant to a decree of the High Court of Chancery made in the case of " Shawe and another against Kinchant" The Creditors of Job Henry Kinchant late of Park Hall, near Oswestry, in the county of Salop, (who died in or about the month of September 1869), are on or before 9th day of April 1870, send by post prepaid to Mr. George Dixon of 35 John Street, Bedford Row, Middlesex, the solicitor for the Defendant, Charlotte Jemima Kinchant, the Executrix the said Job Henry Kinchant deceased , thier Christian and Surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particuilars of their claims, a statment of their accounts, and the nature of the securities(if any) held by them for the same , the said John Hargreaves and Wilson Thomas Carr, the said Executors,
