This is the last Will and Testament of me John Crompton of Thornholme in the County of York
Farmer,
Made by me this Thirteenth Day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy One.
I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUEST all the real and personal Estate and Effects of which
I mer? and siezed possed of or intitled to or have power to dispose of by this my WILL
unto my sons Thomas Crompton and John Paul Crompton their Heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns in equal shares as tennants in common for their own benifit absolutly, but subject
to the payment of my debts funeral and Testamentry expences.
I APPOINT them the said Thomas Crompton and John Paul Crompton
the Executors of this my WILL
AND I DEVISE to them and their heirs all such Estates as shall at my decease be vested
on me as a trustee or Mortgage hub? upon and subject to the trust and invests affecting
the same respectively.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above written.

Proved at York the third day of July 1872 by the oathes of Thomas Crompton and John Paul Crompton , the sons, the Executors to whom Administration was granted
The Testator John Crompton was late of Thornholme in the County of York , Farmer and died on the twenty sixth day of May 1872 at Thornholme aforesaid.
